SNOB reserves the right to change prices at its discretion. 3. Order and Payment

To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that all details entered during the checkout process are correct. Payment for orders can be made through various available methods, including credit/debit cards or bKash. Payment is required before an order is processed and shipped. If payment is not successfully processed, SNOB reserves the right to cancel or delay the order.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times depend on your location. For Dhaka Metropolitan City, orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For locations outside Dhaka, delivery may take 2 to 5 working days. SNOB will do its best to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors, including shipping carrier delays.

5. Return and Exchange

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within a specified period (usually 7 days from delivery). The item must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. You can initiate a return or exchange by contacting our customer service team via email or through our social media channels. A small service fee will apply for exchanges (BDT 80 for Dhaka, BDT 150 for deliveries outside Dhaka).
