At SNOB, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with clear and transparent policies for shipping and exchanges. Below are the details of our shipping and exchange processes.

Shipping Costs

Inside Dhaka: 80 TK | Outside Dhaka: 150 TK

Delivery Time

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your location. If you're within Dhaka Metropolitan City, your order should reach you within 24 to 48 hours. For areas outside Dhaka, delivery may take around 2 to 5 working days. To keep you informed, you can track your order through our delivery partner’s app and receive SMS updates, so you’ll always know the status of your order and its expected delivery time.

Return and Exchange Policy

We recommend trying on your items as soon as you receive them to make sure they fit properly. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, exchanging it is simple. Just return the item to our delivery person and pay the delivery charge (BDT 80 for Dhaka, BDT 150 for outside Dhaka). If you wish to exchange an item, you can contact our customer service team through email or reach out to us via our social media channels. Let us know the reason for the return and your preferred size, and we’ll process your replacement as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase.
